"They repaired a snapped rope line on one side of our automatic pool cover. They are exceptional responsive. I didn't shop prices because of the urgency of the repair, so I don't know how they compare in that regard but price seemed fair. They were able to repair the cover rather than push for a full replacement and gave us tips on extending the life of the cover we have."
