Remove pool cover

Place pool circulation, filtration, and heater in use, in “as is” condition

Remove winterization plugs and install the owner’s fittings

Reassemble and install pool deck equipment, if required

Add shock, algaecide, stain inhibitor, and sanitizer (+chemical costs x qty)

Vacuum clear pools (+$75.00/hr.)

1/2 hour pump time for solid-covered pools
-
Blow off pool deck
-
Check filtration system for leaks or necessary repairs

Schedule fills quickly...call 1-2 months in advance to secure desired closing date

Chemicals, Anti-Freeze, Plugs, & Parts incur additional charges

Add winter shock, algaecides, and stain inhibitor

Disassemble and store deck equipment on the owner’s property per request

Drain and winterize circulation, filtration, and heating systems

Adjust water level to proper winterization level, if required

Remove pool fittings & void all plumbing lines of water with high volume air and plugs. Swimming pool antifreeze utilized as needed.
